Free busses and mass transit issues

In Chateauroux to take a bus is free.
One reason is that poor people can go with the bus around the city.
It's more comfortable and easier for them.
Furthermore they can visit the shops, pubs and restaurants so they can spend their money on shopping.
The companies own more money because of that point.
Moreover is better for the environment because a bus can transport more people than a car.
For example a bus can take 60 people and a car can only take 5 of them.
The reason is that the gas and the pollution are bad for the environment.

In Italy and Germany tickets are really expensive.
One ticket in Italy costs 1€ and in Germany even 2,20€.
In Italy you can use the ticket for 70 minutes; when 70 minutes are done you have to buy an other.
In Germany you can use your ticket for 90 minutes.
On the other hand there are some disadvantages.
The buses are over crowed and not so modern, also it's more comfortable for the people to go by car.
They can carry more things and have more space in their car.
Last but not least the government try to solve the problem about environment but they don't think about little things like that.
They believe more in bigger steps like solar technic and eletric cars and so on.

Our opinion is that every country should have more free transportations.
But we think the goverment should invest more money for more modern, comfortable buses and to think in little steps to protect the environment.
